1. Standard Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including:

  • Custom, bespoke, or personalized leather orders.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software/catalogues.

2. Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We take pride in our quality control, but if an error occurs, we will make it right.

If you need to exchange a defective item for the exact same product, please contact us immediately at our support email with photos of the defect, and send your item to our designated return address.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, please follow these steps before contacting us:

  1. Check your bank account again to ensure it hasn't just posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your statement.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time (usually 3-5 days) before a refund is cleared.
